Jason's Deli

I was on hold for 15 minutes, the person taking my order was rude, the person at the drive thru was rude. they were slow and the location was not busy.

Food came out cold

We were over charged by $10 for our food

It took a long time to get my order and then I was short changed six dollars so I had to go find a parking place that took 10 minutes going in and then I had to wait for the manager to give me my money

I usually like Jason's deli, but they messed up my order and when I got my spinach wrap they barely put any avocado spread on it. I was disappointed because that makes the wrap too dry, but I will go back and try them again.

Slow service. Food was cold and poorly prepared.

My macaroni and cheese was cold.
