AMC Mesquite 30

The bathrooms were very dirty. The trash was overflowing and it was early in the day and not very busy.

The air conditioning was not working on one wing of the theater...several screens were too warm to be comfortable in

Like movies

They changed the menu so my usual order wasn't available. I tried to order the dip trio but they were out of chips.

Very dirty. Shakes always take 20 minutes. I work at a restaurant and if the meal takes longer than that we have to comp it off. Employees are rude and don't care.

AMC Mesquite 30 has steadily been going downhill. Concession stand service extremely slow. Concession stand area filthy. Most of the butter not working. Bathroom was filthy

For this to be a fairly new renovated building, we were highly displeased by the cleanliness and upkeep to the facility. The outside area where the kiosks are located were nasty! There was trash everywhere. The bathrooms were not kept and and most stalls were out of toilet paper. The manager was told by my husband about the men's restroom and seemed to care less. For the price to see a movie and eat concessions, it was very disappointing!!! Not sure I'll be back.

Terrible service. Had to ask several times for drinks and when we sat down at our seats, there were dirty dishes from the previous movie. Ridiculous

the hot dogs are pretty over cooked.

People kept talking behind us and made the movie experience poor.
