Our concession speed was awesome.

We came here in the previous Sunday to watch another show. The lights flicked off during the movie. After 20 minutes someone came and told us they were restarting the film. An hour later I went to the counter and ask for a refund. The person told me the manger would be right there. 15 minutes later she came never spoke to me and left again. 10 minutes later she came and gave another person that had just walked up free passes. I waited another 10 minutes for her to come back. By now a large group of people were waiting on refunds. It took me another 15 minutes to get my refund. I never seen my movie and was there over two hours.
