Less than a year ago I made an $1100 purchase of new tires and maintenence. I had such an amazing experience that I vowed to never go anywhere else and made all my friends and family do the same. Last night I was driving on the freeway and my tire completely came off the rim. I went to a different firestone than I normally go to because it is closer to my new work and had an awful experience that made me rethink ever going back. The staff was incredibly rude and had no sense of urgency getting me a new tire under my warranty.
