temperature was inconsistent too warm

stubs card can't be read from iPhone app. I don't carry my card have to input ticket sales through customer service it's annoying

Rows of seats are too close together. I'm average height and the person in front of my was bumping my knees every time he moved or adjusted in his seat. I can't imagine how a taller person would handle it. Otherwise, it was great.

I wish people would bring refills on concessions so we wouldn't have to leave the movie. Also I wish all the seats were reserved seating in all the theaters

We had tickets for a prescreening of San Andreas. The staff we worked with were kind of mean, but that's how they always are at these events. The movie was AWFUL, but that's not the theater's fault.
