AMC Rainbow Promenade 10

The upgrade this location receive is amazing to say the least and you can't beat the price either. My only issue is the employees since my movie was at midnight apparently they can stand in the door way as they carry on a conversation while my daughter and I are stuck in the cold when they finally allow me to come in instead of any apologies I was told to present my ticket and nothing else. I requested to speak to a manger but I ended up talking to a supervisor that's about the same age and friends with the individuals that were not on the clock out of uniform and let me know that there employees so they can do what they want in assuming. She just didn't understand very rude and unprofessional to say the least check the cameras in the from lobby if you don't believe me. The. You wonder why we go to casino theaters instead right AMC.?!?

I bought tickets for the scorched trials double feature. They wouldn't let me inside so I made plans to watch another movie here to figure out if I picked good seats. Other reserve seating theaters have let me in since every one is a little different. Nice theatre. Good seemed okay I'll let you know how it goes next Thursday
