Very good, although I didn't get the chips I ordered.

Great fresh vegetables.

Kinda slow but good people.

It was quick and good. Sweet tea tasted unsweetened but that doesn't bother me.

My bread was very fresh today, thank goodness

Bread was hard and there was barely any meat on it. A sucky sandwhich

Really dry bread

The two girls that were working were very very very slow. I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 mins. The girl argued with me over my coupon after I ordered, and tried to make me feel stupid. The coupon was for buy a footlong sandwich OR a 6in and a drink and get a kids meal for $1. I ordered two footlong sandwiches and she said I had to order a drink too. I told her that was if you buy a 6in and I bought a footlong. She said you had to buy a drink with the footlong and with the 6 in, and then she said "you can Reread it if you want". I told her I did read it, she just didn't understand it. I told her that if the footlong required a drink for the coupon it would have read, buy a footlong and a drink OR buy a 6in and a drink. I told her just to charge me for the drinks even though I didn't have to buy the drinks. She basically charged me $3.30 more than I should have been charged. When I finally got home, we sat down to eat our sandwiches and my husband and kids sandwiches on white bread were disgusting, the bread was either OLD or burnt. I couldn't believe I paid that much for that, I was so very upset. Worst experience at Subway ever. Of course it's the one in Collinsville that always has complaints. Service was extremely slow & they were out of lettuce & chocolate chip cookies. I have not had a subway cookie in years because every time I go they are out. It's like they only cook 3 cookies a day & don't know how to refill the cookie container. The majority of subways suck.
