Heinz field knows how to keep the customer happy. The facilities were surprisingly clean. The staff was great and it was a great game. Overall 10 out of 10

The staff was excellent. We enjoyed food in the suites. The burger was even better than the burgers at local gastropubs.

Always a great experience, just wish food and beverages weren't so expensive! But glad we can now bring on snacks-that definitely helps:)
