The air conditioner did not work and I called to ask about a fan. She said she would check and call back. She never did. I called her back and she said she didn't have one and did not have another room. She eventually said she had one room with no tv but she would have to check to see if she could get it made up. She told me she would call back. Never did. Deadbolt didn't work, lock was hanging off door frame by screws, elevator made scraping noises. Terrible experience.
