Very helpful staff

Bathrooms were a bit gross today.

Love my local AMC Showplace 8 theatre! Always have a good experience there.

Visited the restroom and was really disappointed that is smelled bad. I thought they had taken care of that problem.

Survey mini reward for popcorn did not work.

The girl at the concession stand didn't ask if I had a stubs card. That's the only negative I can say about this visit.

I enjoy going to showplace 8 the theater is always very clean and the staff friendly.

Everything was great, but I had a problem at the concession stand. I tired to redeem my coupon from survey mini for a small popcorn AMC theatre and the guy at concession scanned it and couldn't get it to take my coupon. He didn't seem bothered and just charged me for my purchase. In the end my coupon disappeared and I didn't get to use it!!

Not good I sit in a chair that was broke it landed me in the floor it made my back hurt
