Needs updating badly. Way out of date and so dirty and dingy. I remember what it looked like when it first opened. Very disappointed in how rundown the place looks now. ??????

The service at the theater was lackluster. The three people behind the concession stand were trying to figure something out, but didn't acknowledge the line building. when I presented my coupon the cashier closed out of it by hitting the back button and proceeded to ask if I was "sure it was for AMC?" I explained that I'd used a similar offer at another AMC location without issue. he then proceeded to tell me to pull it back up, I explained there wasn't a way for me to do that because once you hit redeem and back out of it, it's gone. No offer to to anything for it. But I'll get another offer from this survey and take it to a location that will be helpful and courteous to its customers.

The movie had issues and we had to move to a different theatre and wait for later movie. Very disappointing
