The ticket checker was so pleasant. My husband and I frequent this theater often and the ticket checker is always so pleasant it really adds to a great overall experience! I don't know his name however he is a black gentleman in a wheelchair. KUDOS!

It was an overall positive experience. Wish ticket prices for movies in General would come down

I love going to the movies, but it's so expensive

It was ok

The theaters are clean and nice although you can hear the movie from the next room in your room and that's a bit distracting. Everyone is friendly but they need more training. I had a birthday coupon for free items at the concession stand and neither my person or the person she asked for help could figure out how to redeem it. So that was disappointing.

At the time of my visit (3:30pm), the concession stand was practically closed due to construction on the stand. Would have bought a drink but the fountain machine was down. They sold bottled 20oz drinks for 4.50$ which is outrageous!!!

Too expensive

The staff was not as friendly as I know they've been in the past. There was only one person working concessions on a Friday night, which made a usual 2 minute wait take almost 10 minutes. There were other members of the staff that were just standing around pretending to sweep. Very disappointed with this visit.
