Near dead theater in near dead mall. I only saw 2 people working, so the crowd easily overwhelmed them and service was terrible. Popcorn was like cold and not very tasty. Sad

People were texting throughout the film and no ushers ever entered the theater to stop them; a patch of light shone on the screen the entire film, and the bathrooms were dirty.

I ordered popcorn and a large drink. The drink was super flat (mr pep) and the popcorn was cold and with no salt or butter. As soon as I sat down to watch the Star Wars movie we had to be evacuated for a tornado warning. The employee that came into the theater was very rude when people asked him to repeat himself since we couldn't understand him. We were not instructed to go somewhere or leave the theater or anything for our safety. For about 15 miniutes we were waiting for a manger or employee to direct us where to go. Finally a manager began to scream at customers to get off the amc property and was getting upset when people asked her to repeat herself. "I'm trying to talk but everyone is deciding to scream and interrupt me pay attention!" Finally she directed us to get off the property and we'd get refunded our tickets or to keep our stubs so we can watch another movie another day. I'm upset not because of the tornado evacuation but because of how unorganized and unsafe I felt being "evacuated" or kicked out of the property. I will be calling to get a complete refund
