Love this theater! But, as always, food is way overpriced.

Not crowded

Clean theatre with comfortable seats. Good sound and video quality

Everything was good as usual with the exception of the time it took to get tickets and concessions. There was only 1 person stationed at ticket sales (the electronic tickets were not working) and one person doing concessions. This led to longer lines and longer waits

Chose valley view because they offered the reduced ticket price for a matinee

I continually return to this theater for the value. The theaters are clean and staff is usually friendly. On this visit however not the best experience. I had ordered consessions and after paying they came back and said they were out of the drink I ordered. Really? How does a movie theater run out of Coke Zero? So I had to reselect and pick something I really did not want. And if AMC mgmt is really reading this, y'all need help with bathroom cleaning. They are always disgusting. With all that said, this remains my theater of choice.

I like this theater and staff is usually very friendly and engaged. However today was different. The associate at the consessions was not friendly. When I presented my Stubbs card did not ask if I wanted to upgrade my selection. Even still I will regularly come to this AMC

Valley view is the best, but your restrooms need to have regular service. They are a mess! Otherwise this would have been an outstanding experience.
