I am a zoo member. I have a complaint. I saw an elderly man trying to use a water fountain to refill a water bottle for his wife. The water fountain didn't work and water at the concession is $3 a bottle. If you're not going to provide public drinking fountains then your water should only be $1 per bottle. It's not customer friendly. Thank you.

Some of the animals were missing, never did find the polar bears. Really enjoyed the penguins

Was very disappointed in the polar bear exhibit and the animals around it. There was nothing there. Just a few sharks

The workers at the concession stand were rude and my son fell off of a broken bench. We told the worker and he didn't seem to care. Otherwise park was nice!

Disappointed in lack of giraffes. My son also wanted ice cream and it wasn't open.
