Riverbend Music Center

PNC Pavilion is a lovely place. Jackson Browne was fabulous. $5.00 for water is outrageous. Keeping the bottle cap was ridiculous. Most of the concertgoers were Medicare age. It was insulting.

Went for the brad paisley concert. Venue was great. A lot of smokers though.

You need to give water out to people who need it instead of trying to scam them into buying a $5 bottle of water! Not fair to the D.D. Or to people under 21 or pregnant woman! Some people don't have money to spend!

The parking attendants were rude. I was instructed to park in a spot near the lake in the grass by one attendant. As I was pulling into that spot, another male attendant wearing a blue button down shirt started screaming "Are you special? Why are you parking here?" We could not move up because he was blocking us. I recently had surgery and he would not listen as I tried to tell him about the other attendant's instructions. A teenage female attendant in green also began screaming. We asked for his name and he replied Mr. Coney Island. These 2 employees were rude. Other patrons could be heard saying he had anger issues. I wish employees wore name tags so they could be held accountable for their actions. Inside the pavilion, the employees were great. I did hear patrons complaining about the ban on ice in sodas.

We used the vip services: bar, restrooms, etc. I was pleased with the service we received with these tickets

I was on the lawn and didn't appreciate the smokers standing beside us puffing away. I also question why the facility permits concert goers to stand along the rail separating the lawn from the seats considering lawn chairs must be lower than 9" so views aren't blocked. I did like that the lawn was turf.

Great concert. Food/ beverages cost too much!

BNL show was amazing.. staff was very friendly and help

We had rsvip tickets. The service was satisfactory and the restroom was clean in this area. I didn't visit the other areas.

Overall ok for a concert
