Sandwich was poorly made; service was slow

I hated coming today! This store is the slowest I've ever been to but I have to come to this one since its the closest to my job. The guy was sitting at the table and it wasn't until a team leader/manager told him to get up and wait on me that he moved. If not I would have waited even longer than I did. And this was around 2 when the lunch rush is over. Thankfully he washed his hands. I ordered a meatball sub and he had to go to the back several times to get things for my sandwich.....it took forever! He only put 3 meatballs on my sandwich which normally I get 4 to 5. So I had to eat more bread than meat. The guy was young inexperienced and seemed like he didn't like his job. So my overall experience was not good.
