Way too crowded and the shows weren't even that great. Most of the time we were sitting there bored or trying to make our way through the huge crowds for a small patch of shade.

My child has a disability and enjoys the rides. We have annual passes for the same reason. I've been going to sea world for over two years now and it's never happened. I went to the handicapped line and was told that I couldn't be there because I needed to wait to give other riders a chance. I understand that but I'm also advocating for my child's disability. He has cerebral palsy and can't wait in line for a long time let alone stand for that long of a time. If he was typically developing then getting in line like everyone else would be awesome but that's not the case for my kid. I know some people take advantage but when his disability is clearly seen is completely unacceptable. Truly disappointed at sea world!

Kylie in Guest Services went above and beyond. She was awesome! I wish she could've went with us for the entire day. Other staff we encountered were very friendly as well- with the exception of only one cashier.

I love SeaWorld and marine life, I did find the food to be quite delicious. The staff was rude, one employee even called my mother a liar, I told another staff member and they just seemed to brush it off, sad to see that the situation was not handled.

I was kind of shocked how, dirty it was. We were there at opening when things should be clean. it felt like the rides had never been cleaned. I thought while sitting eating lunch. Disneyland has a lot more adults working. Seaworld has mostly college students. it felt like the workers were more busy socializing than making sure we were safe and taken care of

They need more rides. The shows are pretty good but they need to change some up. Some of the shows have been exactly the same for so many years that if you've went 5 years ago you almost know what to expect.
