Very unfriendly and rip off for quality of food

The staff did not know what they were doing, they were very rude.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Service was miserable, employees don't make eye contact and could care less about the guests needs. After paying $105 for ONE DAY TICKET!!!!!!!!!!!! The least they can do is get me Parmesan cheese for my salad n pizza, like I asked for, the lady played stupid and never brought it because they were about to close.

They treat the whales HORRIBLY, it is cruel & inhumane.

What a disappointment. The shamu show filled up 15 minutes before it started, and the dolphin show closed early for lightning. I understand the dolphin closure- and the show was great until it stopped. But telling families with toddlers that the noon shamu show is full and to come back at 6? My son will be napping well before that- we won't be at the park anymore. So hearing "come back at 6" really made me angry. For a supposedly family friendly venue, this came off as very disrespectful. Outside of shows, we tried the mild ride in Antarctica. It was awful. We were in the back row of the car so my son couldn't see anything. The rest of our family did the wild ride but it malfunctioned and they got trapped for 30 minutes. Also, there was very little we could do with our son in a stroller. All areas required parking your stroller and walking- which is a problem for us because once our son comes out of the stroller, he won't go back in. All in all? Seaworld was a horrible experience and I never intend to go back. What a waste of money.

Gone way down hill!! Staff was not friendly, they did not smile! Sea world online is horrible! Manager at sea world was no help at all! Now I know why they say Disney world is the happiest place on earth!!

The place was clean I just don't like keeping animals in tanks like this.
