Lines way too long for short rides, food expensive for quality, food lines way too long

Dining locations were closed. Park was packed. Took 45 mins just to pay to park.

I was disappointed with this Seaworld experience. For one, I think it was ridiculous that they charged extra for every little thing. Like dolphin experience, shark experience, etc. It was $70 a person admission which based on what you got with that, I feel like it was a ripoff. The dolphin show was by far the best thing & thankfully I did it last, so I didn't leave feeling completely screwed. The Shamu show (which I've seen before years ago) was pathetic in comparison. I had told my kids about such an amazing time I had as a child & they were expecting more. I was able to interact with the Dolphins without an additional cost & when I sat 10 rows from the bottom at the Shamu show, I got drenched. We didn't even get a drop of water on us & we were supposedly in the soak zone. I'm certain we won't be back. You can't take the things away that so many people love & replace with a couple roller coasters (that my kids weren't tall enough to ride) and expect people to return.

Was here with a company event and was there for 5 hours and because of the lines my family could only go on one ride

Hated it. Dippin dots lady was rude, food was over priced, I had a wristband which meant I got to eat free (or prepaid rather) but my food options were serverly limited and the quality of the food was poor.

The staff never smiles! They should have water must systems spraying the crowds in the stadiums! I had sunstroke! The food is over priced and not worth the money! And the shamu show is not that good! OverAll it was very disappointing for the amount of money!

The park was beyond overcrowded. There were times when it was not safe. No staff to assist with crowds.

Very disorganized park very small walk ways to everything and when you leave the parking lot you have everyone go threw a few exits
