Facilities dirty. No staff in sight to ask questions to. Map hard to read at times. Only place that was what I expected of the park was Dine with Shamu. Staff extremely friendly and hospitable there.

People need to be more nicer

The map of the park was very confusing we got lost several times and not once did any employees offer to help us. When I finally found an employee she gave me one set of directions and my friend a totally different set of directions in the opposite direction. Neither was right. I was very disappointed in the entire experience

Needs more rides. What they have is good. Also, I do not like how they (and other Florida parks) nickel and dime everyone.

I brought my girlfriend we had a great time

Food is over priced and poor quality. Some of the staff acted like they didn't want to be there and to many walkways were blocked off which made it difficult with a 2 year old

Food was too expensive and little food. It took us 50min at one place to go through the line

We made the best of it ! Not happy with wait to get in . Attitude of most staff poor

Don't like the Artic exhibit. Those animals have No room to swim. Each time I go the poor walrus is swimming the same way and doing the same thing every time I visit
