On shamu's roller coaster for kids, the crew members were not very empathetic to those with disabilities. One of your crew members basically forced us to ride as a partial group (there were three of us) instead of a whole group. OR wait, AGAIN, for the next round. Not that the ride is long so the wait wouldn't be long but explain that to the disabled child who can't understand other wise disgusted with how he treated us. :(

You created a problem that you then fixed. We have an annual pass and therefore get free parking. The woman at the booth didn't want to take the time to put in the numbers and required us to pay the $17. We took the receipt to the ticket counter and were reimbursed. We shouldn't have had to go through that, but we appreciate the quick fix.

I love the Christmas stuff. But I was disappointed with the polar express. The ride broke down while I was on it and I wasn't offered another ride or anything. Very disappointing. The line was quite long so I didn't want to wait again. It would have been nice to be offered another ride or even a free hot chocolate.

December 14th. Christmas events in the park were great. Unfortunately we almost didn't make it into the park based on an interaction with one of the parking employees. He was rude and sending cars to an already full lot at the very back of the parking lot when there were plenty of empty rows closer to the entrance (not including disability and preferred). When the cars started to circle back and try to go to the area where he was sending cars closer to the entrance, we were yelled at and forced to turn around. We were very shocked by this interaction as when we had our annual passes previously, we had great experiences. It made us question what happened to Sea World. But once we were in the park, we had a great time and enjoyed the Christmas event.
