No stands were open to refil souvenir cups was annoying, and giraffe exhibit closed was disappointing

Disappointed in the lack of giraffes. Also, my son wanted ice cream and it wasn't open.

Great family fun activity in Pittsburgh. Currently under a little bit of improvement construction, but not to impair having a fun.
