it was very crowded. the lines eye long to but a ticket and at the concession stand

They didn't play the right movie to start with, then they didn't have the screen across for the 3d to work and finally they never turned the surround sound once the 3d was fixed.

Terrible. Might as well close it down. It smells and the quality of the picture and especially sound is just the worst. The woman selling tickets was lazy and not friendly. The guy tearing tickets was very nice. I will NEVER return. It's a waste of money.

This theater is located in a run down mall. The previews didn't show up on the screen & the theater was hot! We asked if they could turn the air conditioning on but it barely seemed to work. It was so hot & stuffy, I had to fan myself during the entire show. If this wasn't the last day for that movie to play, we would have left!

Went to the Thursday showing of Ant-Man. They showed the wrong previews and then the movie started and it was the wrong movie. Then when they fixed the issue they messed the 3D up so the first 5 minutes of the movie were all blurry. Then once all that was fixed the movies sound was coming out of the front speakers only so the sound was low. Not satisfied at all.

Rude and very argumentative employees with me as a customer. Popcorn stale and tough Picture of movie was good but sound not loud enough. Managers were rude and unhelpful in the situation as well.
