This visit was horrible! I doubt we will ever visit this schlotzsky's again. First, we waiting for over 10 mins at the counter ready to order. Several staff members saw us and ignored. Finally I asked for someone to take our order and the cashier appeared from the dining room. The wait for the food took a lot longer than normal too. When it was ready, we saw it stay at the counter for a while until finally we decided to go pick up ourselves. The staff members at this location definitely need a course on customer service!
