2 registers there but only one open. Woman ordering that didn't know the restaurant. Stood behind her at least 10 minutes before they opened the other register. Lots of employees aware of the situation. Should have gone ahead and opened up second register

I got SO sick about 3 hours after eating there! Not to mention I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to us! They looked right at us numerous times and never once said "hello" or "I'll be right with you"
