The food is delicious

It was ok...my lettuce wasn't fresh on my sandwich and it wasn't made correctly but the customer service was ok.

They were very slow and the food wasn't that good

Staff was friendly and the food was ready quickly.

The Dr. Pepper had zero taste. They were to fix it and give me a new drink but ended up getting a drink from the same dispenser. Then I asked for a root beer. Also, had ordered onions on my sandwich and when I got home there wasn't any. Food was good other than that.

I love Jimmy Johns and they have great food so I will definitely be back. The guy on the drive thru was so rude!!! He was short with me and did not say welcome or thank you, nothing.

Just not impressed
