The food was horrible, the salad bar ways pretty much empty the entire time we where their, the teas where super old and tasted horrible, the lady at the front door did not stamp us correctly, so our check out was even worse had to prove my kids were my own, as well as the cleanness of the from was horrible they had left out a managers food on tables working on reports or something while the faculty itself was packed, things like that should have been done when it was not busy, plus screaming and your staff I front of customers definitely put a sour taste in my mouth over all it was out FIRST horrible experience their

! went to establishment because of kids, 6 and 2 years old. spent $20 on 100 tokens and place was extremely crowded. could hardly play a game, plus some games were 1 or 2 tokens. just didn't seem right, and on top of it we stayed 2 hours and still didn't see chuck e cheese

The employees where not in uniform the manager was hanging out with his friends at a table .. Another girl was putting up a display with her tattoos showing and her muscle shirt rising showing her mid drift .. When I went to claim a prize I waited 15 minutes or more to be attended after j asked 4 employees if I could get some Assistance ... The sodas tasted horrible and they wouldn't refil the syrup when I requested they said they would get to it and never did .. And when it was closing time they didn't give a heads up to anyone they just turned off all the lights ..
