The wait to receive food after ordering was a little excessive. I was disappointed that there wasn't red ranch sauce for my beef and cheddar sandwich. Mostly satisfied otherwise.

We were really satisfied until about 5 hours later when we realized we didn't get our whole order. We were missing our 2 chocolate turnover :(

This Arby's experience was definitely lacking its usual brilliance. I think they could benefit from changing the oil.
