The food is good, but the fries could stand to have the option of curly or regular. The curly fries are either too fried and unappetizing or too seasoned and gross? I'd like to have the option of regular fries instead of those potato cakes.

I used to love the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. But now they went and added tomatoes and lettuce to it and it's too much, because they didn't just add lettuce and tomatoes, they raised its price.

Couldn't understand cashier because she had food in her mouth roast beef tasted old and mayonnaise on my sandwich was very sour and obviously spoiled
