Arby's

I love the curly fries from Arby's. I could eat them everyday

Food was great. They forgot one item with my order though and I didn't realize it until I got home.

I had a national fundraising coupon which was a buy one get one free and the cashier asked a man who was working on how to do it. The man barely looked at it and said "we don't take that" to the air and walked away. He never once made spoke to me it even made eye contact with me. A young woman walked over to cashier and asked to see the card. She told the man that they do take it and told the cashier to do it as an open coupon. The man visibly angry said "fine but you take responsibility". The woman kept her voice pleasant and was very friendly to me. I did however feel that the man was unprofessional and as a customer I should never see an exchange like that.

French dip and curly fries are the best

They forgot my order...I waited and waited , and then no apology and just handed the bag over

i just don't like it. and i don't like mushy bread. that's what happens when they wrap sandwiches in those things instead of putting them in a box.
