Everything was good - employees should be more knowledgeable about product though. We asked if there is raisins in the apple turnover and not one person knew.

I went after 9pm, so I understand it's not peak hours but almost everything I ordered had to be made and I was at the window for nearly 10 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh though, so that's good. The lady at the window was nice :)

Last time I went I got the pecan chicken salad and also got food poisoning. It has taken me months to go back. This time we both order value meals and when I got home our waffle fries were very cold and dry crunchy. We tried to heat them up but that made them worse :-(. We don't even live 10 minutes away. Two strikes. Shame on you for the first time and shame on me for going back.

They messed up two on my items and they were too far for me to go back.

The French dip was fine but the chicken tenders were do old that we couldn't eat them. There was only one person in front of us at the drive thru and it still took a little while to get our food. The food seems overpriced. I like the menu variety.

They forgot to put two of our items in our bag so we had to go back to get them. They were very rude when I went back inside.

food sucked, it was cold and fries were stale!

My fries were over done could not eat over 1/2 of them. My Reuben had very little meat.
