Chuck E. Cheese's

We had a school fundraiser. The girl at the register kept forgetting to apply people's purchases toward the fundraiser. The salad bar was not all you can eat for the teachers like advertised. At first they told us adults couldn't get in the ticket blaster, until I pointed it out on Chuck E. Cheese's website that teachers get a free trip inside of the ticket blaster.

My visit to Chuck E Cheese was for a birthday party for my niece. My daughter enjoyed playing the games and selecting prizes. The birthday party experience left much to be desired. The hostess rushed us. She started clearing the tablecloth and food away from the table before we even finished eating and we had another 45 minutes of party time left. The birthday cake offered by Chuck E Cheese was awful. The ice cream cups they distributed were frozen so hard that the kids couldn't eat them. They struggled so much that one even broke her spoon in the ice cream.

The bathrooms smell bad and half of the games were out of order or keep your coin

A lot of games were broken staff didn't act like they were any more happy to be there than I was

Very slow service

I have been to this location a number of times and each time there have been several games broken down, the staff is rude to the customers, and there is a lot of talking between the staff while ignoring customers. I would never go back here, but probably will since I have a 3 yr. old who loves it there.

The worst customer service I have ever received at any restaurant before. Do not go there and expect to be treated with any respect at all.

Food wasn't good Called earlier in week to check on specials and was told they would be available through end of week and they weren't and no compensation was offered. Staff was not helpful or very friendly
