Favorite fast food chain. Out of the norm choices

Didn't like the bread

I quite enjoy my local Arby's. Their store is always fairly well clean and appealing to the eye. I often have good experiences with the staff and of course their food is always satisfactory! The only thing I can think to say is I'm not a fan of the 2:1 ratio of bread to roast beef on their regular sandwich (too much bread). Besides that, it's all delicious.

My visit was pretty good but I've always felt that Arbys is the fast food you pick when you're sick of all the other fast food places within driving distance of your location. It's inoffensive and mostly forgettable. I tried ordering something different because I had a coupon. The sandwich had onions which I'm not too fond of. I never tasted the fried onion thingies, and the sauce needed to make a bigger statement. I thought the "gouda" cheese was an OK addition even though traditional smoked/barbeque brisket doesn't come with cheese.

Quick and efficient service!

my mother in law ordered before me and her food came out at a reasonable time then two men ordered after me and they got their food before me.. also the guy at the register added a drink to my mother in laws order after she ordered a meal with a drink..

Line was very long. This visit was nothing like my previous positive visits to this restaurant. They gave me a very small amount of fries and my food was also cold.

Price was a bit high and I used a coupon!! I don't ever go to Arby's unless I have a coupon. I've always thought their rices were ridiculously high compared to other fast food chains.

Fries were stale. I've never really had a problem with the quality of Arby's food until this time. I was pretty surprised when I tasted my food. I probably won't return for awhile because of this.
