Food took almost 15 minutes

I'm not going to out of a good day at work school work and I have to do be on the my phone is and how to much for the a team to of be so a great day to be in my room for a long way in which a lot to be in my room and I have a great way

After standing at the counter for 5 minutes while the employees stood in the back and joked around. The manager finally came and took our order, and at first skipped over us saying she thought we had already ordered. When our order was called we realized we didn't receive my fries. My husband proceeded to tell the manager and she argued with him, saying I said I only wanted the sandwich. The menu item I ordered came as a wrap or sandwich I specified I wanted to sandwich! After she finally gave us the fries I opened my sandwich only to find it was not what I ordered. All this from a MANAGER. Really bad customer service!
