The service was extremely slow. I had to pull up and wait for my food order. The fries were extremely hot that they burnt my mouth.

Service was terrible, food cold, overpriced.

There was a very long wait in the Drive Thru!

I got the new a-1 sandwich that had the onion ring on it. Before I even tasted it the abundance of sauce leaked through the box and through the bag onto my passenger seat. Eating it proved to be a challenge because it was too messy and too much sauce made the taste too strong. The meat tasted strange. Not smoky but had a burnt taste to it. Wish I could get my money back.
