Drive thru worker was extremely nice and seemed happy to serve me. Food was good.

Haven't been to Arby's in a long time but was craving a beef and cheddar so I went through the drive-through. I remembered why I don't go here. Although the food was tasty, the value was horrible. $13 for two sandwiches, a medium fry, and a medium drink! And there wasn't much more than two slices of roast beef and a dot of cheese on the sandwich! I got my "fix" for a while, and probably won't be back for years!

Very slow. A sense of urgency is needed during the afternoon lunch time 11:00-2:00

Service was slow. No one acknowledged me or my friend to apologize for the long wait. I try do understand these situations but when 8 cars get served through the drive through its frustrating.
