Food was incorrect. Went to talk to person at register, no one was there. Stood at counter and waited 5 minutes before an employee finally showed up to help me.

The guy at the window must have been new. He was unsure of what he was doing. They messed up my order and gave me a regular sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. The shake machine was broken. Disappointing experience.
