Coupon assisted the price being reasonable. Regular menu prices are higher than I feel the value. The service was friendly but not very clear. I wanted to split the bill evenly at register with another person, but the manager divided the check wrong but charged it before he told me. So 1 party paid more than their half by $3. I thought that foolish, as the total was just over $8. It would obviously be $4 something each.

Missed a favorite menu item that was discontinued

A bit slower than normal. It appeared to be "visit your friend who's working night" and those interactions assisted impeding the service. The food I ordered did not appear to be made fresh. The chicken and fries came out of the bin, rather than the norm of having them made to order. Both were not cold, but definitely not hot. The ice machine didn't work/was empty. I asked for ice at counter. An hour later when I left, they still had not filled the ice machine, and asked for more ice at counter again.

The prices are always way too expensive and if I'm paying high dollar they don't need to be shorting me on my food I pay for

Wish you would bring back homestyle fries

It was raining heavy during/just before my visit. The dining area had a leak, and carpet was extremely wet. A worker was tasked with vacuuming the area of water. A bit loud and seemingly pointless until the rain stopped. The prices are high for the amount of food provided in servings.
