Every Arby's I visit in the Richmond area is super slow when it comes to ordering drive-thru. The food is great, but I feel like it always takes a while.

The price of the food is expensive and the service is nasty they take so long to take an order, they take so long to give you the food I don't think the price is worth it for for your money . they charge you too much for the food and the services is not good.

Arby's is trying to be upscale. Focus on the taste of the food. It seems to keep getting worse
