The store was out of ketchup and horsey sauce that we were told to use in the dispensers. We waited at least 10 minutes for our food and were the only ones in the store (7:30pm). The emotes were unprofessional in behavior and appearance. I will never go back to that Arby's...and am likely to not visit Arby's again....at least for a while so they have time to clean it up.
