Arby's

Great food, usually fast, but they failed big time this time around. Even with an apology, that didn't appear sincere- the food was incredibly tasty, but my time is valuable too.

Ordered a drink and didn't get it. Asked for horsey sauce and didn't get it.

The staff was disorganized, filling orders out of turn and incorrectly. No communication - my order was filled after four orders that were taken in the restaurant and two drive-up orders that were placed after mine. No apology, no information about why the delay was taking place. Nothing.

Got my order wrong.
