Arby's

We ordered and my husband asked for cheese sticks instead of fries, they just charged us extra. We he told them about it, they did nothing about it! I ordered the French dip. The sauce was very thick and had oil floating on top, when we told him about it, he said maybe it wasn't warmed up enough. Had to ask someone in charge what to do. She did bring me a new one finally, but said nothing. Very disappointed!

I ordered a chicken cordon blu and it was cold... The sandwich tasted as if it was prepared earlier in day and not kept warm.

The store wouldn't open when scheduled due to managers not showing up for their shift.
