This was my first time ever visiting an Arby's. I was not impressed. The food was mediocre and the service was substandard for the length of time I had to wait. I will not be returning.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing. The employees were more interested in closing than in helping us. One family arrived 10 minutes before closing to find the doors already locked

There really should be a question that asks "how satisfied were you with W competency of your server". The gentleman who took my order was friendly enough but messed up the order.

The Jr. Roast beef sandwich is laughable - thick bun and 2 very thin slices of toast need. What a rip-off!
