Food was cold chicken sandwich actually tasted like they tried to double fry greasy and dark brown

The fryer was down, the boy working the counter sold my chocolate turnover to someone else that I had already paid for & I didn't appreciate having a choice of cherry or lava cake. The wait was 15+!

Food was not good and it took a long time to get it.

Arby's did offer a item from the menu to try as they are suppose to do during taking our order....the price was not told until we got to the window...the service was very slow as we waited around fifteen minutes just to get to the drive thru window....the staff wasn't very friendly and the food was cold

I got the wrong order not what I wanted and not what I ordered
