I always look forward to my rueban sandwich and it was good as usual!!!

Good food

I wanted an Arby Q. I couldn't remember if that was what it was called or not. The person at the window said you no longer had that but they could make it. My total came to over six dollars. For a small sandwich and onion rings?! So I explained that that must not be the right thing. It was almost impossible to get her to understand. Finally she called who I assume is the manager over, and she fixed it. I still really did not just get a roast beef sandwich. They were adding cheese sauce and everything to it for $.50 more without asking me if I wanted it. Just wasn't the same experience I normally have at an Arby's

Not enough fries in the order and the food lacked taste

Service was slow. Cashier seemed lost. Food was ok.

Did not get my whole order.

Our food was wrong. It was cold. The staff was awful. I will not be returning to this Arby's.

went in to get a turnover and a drink. they were out of all turnovers. 7am on a Friday night. people were waiting for food. one lays told me she was waiting 10 mins on a chicken sandwich
