Horrible customer service. The lady was in such a hurry she failed to listen to what I was saying and got my order wrong. She also gave me a half mixed Jamocha shake. When I told her if I can get it mixed better, she proceeded to stir it with a straw. I could have done that myself. When I explained to the supervisor the problem he proceeded to make excuses. It is clear that the Arbys #7132 does not care for the quality of its food not its customer service.
