rude employees

Wasn't happy with the attitude of the person taking my order. She kept us waiting for a while (maybe 4-5 min.) before we could actually order our food. Then when my husband started saying excuse me, the lady said 'one minute please' in this really rude way and then proceeded to make us continuing waiting. It would have been one thing had someone been in front of us or if we had gone inside to eat...but I chose the drive-the for quickness not because I enjoy wasting my time and gas...just not happy about this at all...

Waited 3 mins for someone to come on speaker another 5 for food. Horrible wait time
