My daughters love the curly fries so I stopped to pick some up on the way home from school.

I used to work at Arby's (at this location, even) and know what goes into putting together an order. I know how long it takes to make each item in the fryer, where all the sauces are located, that the cups are right under the counter by the registers. But every time I visit an Arby's, the service is inexcusably slow. Today an employee was standing behind the counter staring at us, not saying anything. I concluded that he was waiting for his sandwich to be made for his break, but it was unprofessional, and he didn't alert his coworker of the customers at the counter. It frequently happens that problems go unaddressed, that customers go unaddressed.

Not a big fan honestly.
