Roast beef was not beef more like shredded beef... Was not hot and was not tasteful!!!!!!

The quality has clearly gone down over the years. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar and was really disappointed. The roast beef was clearly made of a pressed meat product and sliced. It was spongy and tough. And they put such a small amount of cheese sauce on it. I won't be going back. At least not until they change their food back to a higher quality.
